AGENCE TASS - RADIO TETINE / CHOCOREVE (1981)


Agence Tass was a band from Lille, formed in 1980, and split off in 1986. This 7" is their first, output in 1981 on Label X. The band reform in 1992, some pictures are visible here...

LES OFFICIELS - S/T (1982)


Informations about Les Officiels are thin. Perhaps they were from Paris, in the wake of Rita Mitsouko. Among the thanks on the insert, we could find names of Gilbert Monin, musician (Jean Néplin & Individual State) and composer, and Claude Arto. This self-produced 12" is apparently their only record... more infos welcome...

ELISABETH WIENER - S/T (1981)


Elisabeth Wiener was born in 1946. Daughter of the composer Jean Wiener, she began a career as an actress when she was 15. She also took part in musical shows with Polnareff and Higelin and was involved in the band Phoenix before she started a solo carrer. She wrote for many singers, and composed several films scores. In 1992 she founded the female group Castafiore Bazooka. Actually she no longer appear on screen but she dub voices of americans actress such Jamie Lee Curtis, Glenn Close, Mia Farrow...

ZONE OTOMATIK BUROKRATIZÉE - S/T (1984)


No informations about Zone Otomatik Burokratizée, Z.O.B. for intimates. In french "zob" is a slang word to designate the penis. According to the notes on the back cover, it was recorded "in a mad panic in db studio, Paris on october 1984". This single is the band's only release. Musically it's New Wave/Cold Wave influenced. More informations welcome.
